At Smart Assistant Pro, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our AI chatbot services. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer the following warranty and refund policy, applicable to all customers worldwide.

21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that you’ll love Smart Assistant Pro. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our service, we offer a full reimbursement within 21 days of your initial purchase. This includes: The setup fee (if applicable). Any prorated charges for the days you used the service. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 21-day period. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your Smart Assistant Pro subscription after the 21-day satisfaction guarantee period, you must cancel your account before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Billing Cycle: All accounts are billed on the first of the month. Prorated Charges: Accounts created on days other than the first of the month will be charged a prorated fee for the initial partial month. Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the first of the month. Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee may apply to your Smart Assistant Pro subscription. This fee is included in the 21-day satisfaction guarantee and is eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our service.

International Coverage

This warranty policy applies to all customers, regardless of location. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment, and any bank fees or exchange rate differences will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: Customizations or additional services requested after the initial setup. This warranty policy does not apply to enterprise packages or other plans that require a custom quote. Such plans are subject to a separate, contract-specific warranty clause as outlined in the individual agreement. Issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow our guidelines.
